O Parque possui mais de 200 esp\u00e9cies de \u00e1rvores e 40 esp\u00e9cies de gram\u00edneas. Os animais para ver incluem elefante, rinoceronte branco, rinoceronte negro, b\u00fafalo, leopardo, le\u00e3o, hiena, girafa, zebra, boi-cavalo, ant\u00edlope (elande, sable, waterbuck, kudu, nyala, impala, oribi, duiker cinza, duiker vermelho, steenbuck, suni), hipop\u00f3tamo, crocodilo e facocero. \n

\nEm 2019, a palanca negra foi trazida de volta ao parque pela primeira vez em muitas d\u00e9cadas, enquanto em 2020 quatro hienas foram reintroduzidas e em 2021 dois leopardos foram reintroduzidos, 2022 marcou o retorno do natural do le\u00e3o e a reintrodu\u00e7\u00e3o dos rinocerontes preto e branco para a paisagem transfronteiri\u00e7a do Grande Limpopo. Em 2024\/25, o parque prev\u00ea reintroduzir a gondonga.

\nA vida das aves \u00e9 prol\u00edfica e a diversidade de insectos, especialmente as borboletas, \u00e9 espetacular, principalmente em torno das bacias e do rio Save. Sinais da antiga infraestrutura de concess\u00e3o de ca\u00e7a s\u00e3o vis\u00edveis com visitantes bem conhecidos, incluindo a equipa de autronautas americanos que pousou na lua em 1969.
